Blog Freebie! I was working on some kits today and thought I'd drop off a CU (commercial use) freebie. You can include elements in a personal use only scrap kit that you create.
You can create with it as a PU for yourself. (signature tag, snags, avatars, headers...)
You can re-color elements to fit your use.
You must list 'enchantedscraps.com' in your Terms/Credits.
