When I first started I kind of felt unsure of how things would go. And like I had to do my time, earn my place. But I have no been happy with the outcomes of how my kits are being worked with in the stores.
So, I made the decision to start my own Creative Team. I work hard on these kits! So I don't want to feel like I don't matter, but all the other designers do matter and have gorgeous work done with their kits.
